Q1: What is Salonpreneurs?
A: Salonpreneurs is a consultancy and training agency dedicated to helping salon owners, beauty parlour businesses, and freelancers grow through digital marketing, branding strategies, content creation, and business consultancy.
Q2: Do you only work with salons?
A: While our primary focus is salons and beauty businesses, we also work with freelancers and service-based businesses in related industries.
Q3: Are your services online or offline?
A: Our services and training are digital-focused. We provide online consultancy, strategy sessions, and training programs.
2. Social Media & Platform Policy
Q4: Will you manage my social media accounts?
A: Yes, if it’s part of your selected package. However, the ownership and security of your accounts remain your responsibility.
Q5: What if my Facebook, Instagram, or Google account is suspended or hacked?
A: We are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or hacks caused by third-party platforms. We can guide you on the recovery process, but the resolution depends on the platform’s official support.
Q6: Do you guarantee followers, likes, or views?
A: No. We focus on building an authentic audience and engagement. Followers or likes depend on your content quality, consistency, and market conditions.
3. Services & Deliverables
Q7: How quickly will I see results?
A: Marketing is a process, not magic. While some campaigns show results in weeks, sustainable growth usually takes 3–6 months of consistent effort.
Q8: Do you provide ready-made content for my salon?
A: We can create custom content or give you editable templates depending on your package.
Q9: Can you help with my Google Business Profile (GMB)?
A: Yes, we can optimize your profile for better visibility, but Google’s approval process is outside our control.
4. Courses & Training
Q10: How do I access my course after purchase?
A: Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a login link and password via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
Q11: Are your courses live or recorded?
A: We offer both. Some are live interactive sessions, while others are pre-recorded video modules you can watch anytime.
Q12: Will I get a certificate?
A: Yes, upon completing the course, you’ll receive a digital certificate of completion.
5. Payments & Refunds
Q13: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and payment gateway transfers.
Q14: Do you offer refunds?
A: All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Q15: Do you offer instalment payment options?

A: No. Ad account approvals, restrictions, and rejections are controlled by the platform (Facebook, Instagram, Google). We can guide you but cannot guarantee approval.
Q20: Do you guarantee my salon’s revenue will increase?
A: No one can ethically guarantee revenue. We promise to provide strategies, tools, and guidance that can improve your chances of growth, but final results depend on multiple factors including your implementation and market conditions.
